Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

At Restore Hair Now, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below to understand your rights regarding returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

Returns requested after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used hair care products

  • Items purchased on clearance or with final sale discounts

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Gift cards

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at restorehairnow@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

We will provide you with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send your product back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If you received a free item or bundle discount, the value may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at restorehairnow@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted

  3. Contact your bank for further processing delays
